Cancellation policy
Only written cancellation are valid and must be sent to info@alpensuitehotel.it
For the Standard rate:
up to 14 days before arrival free cancellation.
Less than 13 days before arrival or no show, the full paid amount will be retained.
For the Non Refundable rate:
In case of change of date, cancellation or no-show, the entire paid amount will be retained.

Late arrival and/or early departure
We retain the full amount of the initial booking.
Booking validity
Until midnight of the arrival day.
In case of late arrival, please notify us in writing within the validity time.
The days not used (late arrival, early departure) are not deducted.
Arrival and departure
The suite is available from 2:00 p.m. on arrival day - until 11:00 a.m. on the departure day.
For arrivals and/or departures at other times, please contact the hotel directly.
In case of arrivals after 8:00 p.m. please notify the hotel reception at +39.0465.440100.

In cash: up to € 4.999,00 as per legal provisions.
For higher amounts: available the major credit cards.
We are sorry but we don't accept checks.
Half board treatment
No reduction is applied for not consumed meals.
Pets
Please communicate them at the booking time.
